Abstract
This chapter aims to support you to think about the path that you will take following your graduation. It will examine the importance of continuing to develop both your practice and your academic progression routes. It is also intended to enable you to continue the process “of becoming” an Early Years practitioner. The chapter will consider case studies, reflection points and suggest practical tasks to support you in your next steps. The content will also support you in the creation of a professional development plan which will enable you to remain focused as you continue your progression as a graduate Early Years Practitioner.
