Abstract
This article reports on the findings of a research study, based in the Midlands region of England, which focused on a collaborative school leadership development program and the influence that this had upon curriculum leaders
across settings. Data collected from 29 schools suggests that collaborative leadership practice across school settings can have a significant impact upon the professional development of staff at subject leader level and can support meaningful pedagogical development of the curriculum.
