Abstract

The article discusses various challenges that community or district nurses experience in providing end-of-life care at home according to the 2013 publication "District Nursing: Harnessing the Potential" by The Royal College of Nursing (RCN). These challenges include clinical demands, staff retention, and sickness through stress. According to the RCN, district nurses work under pressure from many challenging issues.
