Abstract

This project was commissioned by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) as part of the Criminal Justice Joint Inspection into stalking and harassment. This qualitative study presents the experiences of victims of stalking and harassment who had approached the police for assistance and makes a number of recommendations for improvements to policy and practice.
