Abstract

To accompany the group exhibition Sticky Intimacy at Chapter. A day long symposium where artists are invited to talk about one work of significance - either from their own practice or elsewhere - for 30 minutes. Contributors can reflect on a broad range of influences and reference points. How do we articulate "one work"? Is it within the art work or exhibition? Network or object? Intention or reception?
