Abstract

This 'Wellbeing at Work' event, delivered by researchers and practitioners from the University of Worcester and University of Leicester, focuses on routes to supporting wellbeing within workplaces and organisations. The team introduces a framework for understanding various aspects of wellbeing and provide research-informed recommendations for promoting wellbeing within workplace environments (at both an individual and organisational level). As attendees, you are asked to reflect on your experiences of wellbeing at work and engage in interactive discussions about whether/how the wellbeing recommendations provided would work for you and the organisation in which you work. Through reflection and conversation, attendees will be able to identify pathways to enhancing their own wellbeing and that of others.

As the session involves reflections and discussions on wellbeing, we ask attendees to consider their level of comfort with this topic before registering.
