Abstract

In the article, the author discusses experiences of deaths and palliative care during the COVID-19 pandemic in Great Britain, as well as the recommended palliative care strategies after the pandemic. Other topics include the increased isolation experienced by people in death, the lack of bereavement rituals on the bereaved, as well as the recommended strategies like improved social support and delivery of compassionate care.
