The article discusses the condition of frailty and the consideration for palliative care support to frail individuals, particularly older adults. Also cited are the need for holistic assessment to achieve better advance care planning (ACP) with the patient, how palliative care is most effective in patients with complex and multiple symptoms, and how palliative care improves patients' quality of life and ensures dignity in dying.
